Entry Requirements
1. Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens and meet the requirements stipulated in the JWH [2020] No.12 Document issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Applicants shall be physically and mentally healthy and willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and the regulations of Wuhan University.
2. Applicants shall be between 18 and 25 years of age as of Sep. 1, 2025. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit a guarantee letter from their guardians in China when applying.
3. Language Ability
Applicants for English-taught programs shall hold a TOEFL 80+, TOEFL Essential 8+ or IELTS 6.0+ certificate. Applicants whose mother tongue is English or who have previous degrees taught through the medium of English can be exempted from TOEFL, TOEFL Essential and IELTS if approved by Wuhan University.
4. Identity Verification of Ethnic Chinese
If one or both of the applicant's parents are Chinese, or the applicant has emigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan and acquired foreign nationality, according to the No.12 Announcement of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (2020), they shall be naturalized for four years or more (before Apr. 30, 2025) and have more than two years of residence in foreign countries during this period (actual residence in a foreign country of more than nine months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps).
Applicants born in a foreign country are required to meet the above criteria and provide a personal birth certificate and the parents' nationality certificates.

Over time it became clear to me that the people who understand the accounting, monetary and banking system are capable of understanding the decisions made by governments, public and private multi national corporate and accountability coupled with the survival in the economic world order. This fascination and realization has triggered and persuaded me to be one of those people.
As I broaden my knowledge about such things I have realized how the subject of Accounting and the economy affects everybody's lives, and has strengthened my desire to further study the subject. The A-level subjects I am studying give me a firm foundation for studying Finance at University. Business Studies at A-level (Economics, Business Studies and Accounting) has greatly improved my analytical and writing skills. I have particularly enjoyed the part of the course which concerns how a firm selects financial strategies and how managers choose which aspect of a firm needs the most investment.
Exposure to this accounting work environment has improved my communication skills and self-confidence and has also made me more appreciative and open to other cultures and diverse and broad understanding of what is required for a business to be successful. Alongside the logical method of thinking that I have developed and acquired from both the work environment and reading I believe that I am well prepared to take on a degree course in Accounting at Wuhan University.
My part-time job as accounts clerk has given me some insight into the demands of working life. I now feel I am an able employee and because of the nature of the job. I have learned how to communicate with colleagues, my employer and of course, customers. I often have to work alone so I have learned to use my own initiative and how to be independent - skills which are of paramount importance if I want to work in the financial industry.
This coupled coupled with my being the Mutare City Junior speaks volume at my abilities to lead and handle and articulate issues at a very high level in a very demanded and stressful environment. I have learned how to deal with immense pressure - and how to enjoy the success which comes afterwards! In addition to this, I have learned about commitment and dedication as well as honour and how to handle a major loss and learn from such, and also how to remain humble in success.

Students are required to complete the curriculum between 4 years and fulfill the designated number of credits.
Successful graduates will receive a graduation certificate along with the bachelor\'s degree, according to the regulation of the Degree Committee of the People\'s Republic of China.
One who has failed to meet the academic requirements will be issued a certificate of completion of studies provided this is in conformity with the relevant regulations.
