Life guidance: 8 hours, Monthly exams and class meetings: Total of 68 hours (The syllabus for major courses can be found in the attached document.)

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.

-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.*5. Proof of financial capability or economic guarantor (at least USD 2,500).
*6. A copy of the personal information page of the passport (valid at least until May of your academic year) and, if applicable, the China visa page.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
